Syntran Capsule interacts with the following medicines:

• Benzodiazepines: Medicines like alprazolam, diazepam, midazolam and triazolam may have enhanced sedative effects when taken with Syntran Capsule, which could lead to increased drowsiness and slowed breathing.

• Statins: When taken alongside Syntran Capsule, medications like atorvastatin, lovastatin and simvastatin have an increased risk of muscle damage, potentially leading to a serious condition called rhabdomyolysis.

• Cardiac medicines: Medicines such as digoxin and quinidine may interact with Syntran Capsule, potentially increasing the risk of heart rhythm problems.

• Anticoagulants: Warfarin's blood-thinning effect can be intensified by Syntran Capsule, increasing the risk of bleeding.

The absorption of itraconazole in Syntran Capsule is enhanced when taken with a full meal.

Syntran Capsule interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver disease: If you have liver disease, be cautious when taking Syntran Capsule as it may worsen your condition.

• Heart disease: Syntran Capsule may cause or worsen heart failure. It should be used cautiously in patients with existing heart conditions.

The recommended dosage of Syntran Capsule should be taken as directed by your doctor.
