• Magnesium Hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia) (300 mg): This ingredient functions as an osmotic laxative, drawing water into the intestines. This increases stool water content, promoting bowel movements. It also neutralises excess stomach acid due to its antacid properties.

• Sodium Picosulfate (3.33 mg): As a stimulant laxative, sodium picosulfate boosts intestinal motility by stimulating nerve endings in the intestinal walls, promoting peristalsis which facilitates stool passage.
