Sitagliptin GM 1/1000/50 MG Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to control blood sugar:

• Glimepiride (1 mg): This component belongs to the sulfonylurea class and works by stimulating the pancreas to secrete more insulin, which helps lower blood glucose levels.
