Geminor Ms 1 50/1000 Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to control blood sugar:

• Glimepiride (1 mg): This component belongs to the sulfonylurea class and works by stimulating the pancreas to secrete more insulin, which helps lower blood glucose levels.

• Metformin (1000 mg): As a biguanide, Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver, decreases intestinal absorption of glucose, and improves insulin sensitivity by increasing glucose uptake and utilisation in the body.
