• Alpha-blockers: Other alpha-blockers, such as tamsulosin or terazosin, together with Silotra D Capsule 10, can heighten the risk of experiencing low blood pressure or fainting.
• Antihypertensive Agents: Medicines for managing high blood pressure, like amlodipine or metoprolol, may increase the risk of low blood pressure when taken alongside Silotra D Capsule 10.
• PDE5 Inhibitors: Medicines like sildenafil or tadalafil can strengthen the blood pressure-lowering effect of Silotra D Capsule 10.

Silotra D Capsule 10 has no known specific interactions with food. It is recommended that you take this medicine with a meal.

Silotra D Capsule 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Renal Impairment: Individuals with moderate kidney disease should take a lower dose of Silotra D Capsule 10, while those with severe kidney disease should avoid it altogether.
• Hepatic Impairment: Silotra D Capsule 10 should not be consumed by individuals suffering from severe liver disease.
• Hypotension: People with low blood pressure need to be careful while taking this medicine, as it may further reduce their blood pressure.
