Sildoo-D 8 Combipack Capsule is used in adult men for the comprehensive treatment of BPH symptoms and long-term prostate size reduction.

Sildoo-D8 Capsule is a combo pack which contains two tablets that work together in managing symptoms of BPH:

• Dutasteride (0.5 mg): This ingredient works by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It does this through blocking an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase which is responsible for the formation of DHT. As DHT contributes to prostate growth, reducing its production can help decrease prostate size and ease BPH symptoms.
• Silodosin (8 mg): This medicine operates by selectively blocking alpha1A-adrenergic receptors located in various parts of the urinary system including the prostate, bladder base, bladder neck, and prostatic capsule.
