Sildoo-D8 Capsule is used in adult men to provide both rapid relief of BPH urinary symptoms and long-term prostate size reduction.

Uses of Sildoo-D8 Capsule are:

• BPH Symptom Relief: Relaxes the prostate and bladder neck muscles to relieve difficulty urinating.
• Prostate Size Reduction: Gradually reduces prostate size over months with the 5-alpha reductase inhibitor.

Sildoo-D8 Capsule is a combo pack which contains two tablets that work together in managing symptoms of BPH:

• Dutasteride (0.5 mg): This ingredient works by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It does this through blocking an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase which is responsible for the formation of DHT. As DHT contributes to prostate growth, reducing its production can help decrease prostate size and ease BPH symptoms.
• Silodosin (8 mg): This medicine operates by selectively blocking alpha1A-adrenergic receptors located in various parts of the urinary system including the prostate, bladder base, bladder neck, and prostatic capsule. By relaxing these smooth muscles, urine flow is improved and BPH symptoms are reduced.

• Store Sildoo-D8 Capsule at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C.
