- Immunosuppressants such as tacrolimus. This capsule may increase blood levels of tacrolimus.
- Medications for cancer such as methotrexate. This capsule may increase blood levels of methotrexate.
- Medications for HIV infection such as atazanavir, nelfinavir and saquinavir. This capsule reduces blood levels of atazanavir and nelfinavir, and increases blood levels of saquinavir. Their concomitant use is not recommended.

Omee Capsule can interact with diseases, including:
- Liver impairment: This capsule may further damage the liver.
- Bone fractures: Long-term or multiple daily doses of this capsule may increase the risk for osteoporosis-related fractures of the hip, wrist or spine.
- Hypomagnesemia (low magnesium levels in the blood): Prolonged treatment with this capsule may cause hypomagnesemia.
