CompositionRevlamer 400 Tablet is used to control raised phosphate levels (hyperphosphataemia) in adults with chronic kidney disease who are on dialysis, helping to prevent complications such as bone disease associated with hyperphosphataemia.
It contains sevelamer (400 mg), a phosphate binder. Take it as prescribed with meals.

Tell your doctor about any bowel obstruction or history of bowel surgery before starting, and about all other medicines you take, as sevelamer can reduce the absorption of some medicines. Take other medicines as advised by your doctor, as prescribed.
