• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors: Medicines such as Itraconazole and Clarithromycin can significantly increase the levels of Silodosin, a component in Rapilif-M 50 Tablet, leading to an increased risk of side effects.

• Moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors: Medicines like Diltiazem and erythromycin can raise the levels of both Mirabegron and Silodosin in your body. This could potentially enhance their effects and increase the likelihood of adverse reactions.

• Anticholinergic or Alpha-blocking medicines: Combining Rapilif-M 50 Tablet with these medications might amplify their effects. Monitor for increased symptoms or side effects.

• Digoxin: The Mirabegron component in Rapilif-M 50 Tablet could elevate digoxin levels in your blood. Regular monitoring of serum digoxin concentrations is advisable when these medications are used together.

Rapilif-M 50 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Severe renal impairment: This medicine isn’t recommended for individuals suffering from severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min), due to increased exposure to mirabegron.

• Severe hepatic impairment: People with severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C) should avoid Rapilif-M 50 Tablet as it could potentially increase exposure to mirabegron.
