Rablet D 40 Capsule is a medicine used to relieve acidity, heartburn, and stomach pain caused by acid reflux. It is also used to treat peptic ulcers caused by H. pylori infection or the use of certain pain-relieving medicines.
It contains a combination of a proton pump inhibitor and a prokinetic agent, which reduce stomach acid production and improve the movement of food through the stomach and gut. Take it as prescribed, generally before a meal. Continue taking it for the full course even if you feel better early.
Avoiding spicy and oily foods, eating smaller meals, not lying down right after eating, and limiting tea, coffee, and alcohol can help reduce acidity and support recovery.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any liver or kidney problems, or other medicines you are taking. Inform your doctor if you notice black stools, persistent stomach pain, or difficulty swallowing. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use.
