Olmighty Am Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Management of high blood pressure (hypertension)
• Lowering the risk of severe heart-related events like strokes and heart attacks
• Relief from symptoms of chronic stable angina and chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart
• Alleviating symptoms of vasospastic angina, chest pain caused by the temporary narrowing of the coronary arteries

• Swallow the tablet whole with sufficient water.
• Avoid breaking or chewing the tablet.
• The medicine can be taken with or without food.
