Uses of Concor 10 Tablet 10 are:

High Blood Pressure: Lowers blood pressure in adults with hypertension.
Angina Pectoris: Prevents and reduces episodes of chest pain caused by reduced cardiac blood flow.
Chronic Heart Failure: Improves cardiac output and long-term functional stability in heart failure patients.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
The medicine can be taken with or without food.
