Carbophage XR 500 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults, lowering high blood sugar when diet and exercise alone are not enough, on its own or with other medicines.

Uses of Carbophage XR 500 Tablet are:

• Type 2 Diabetes: Lowers high blood sugar levels.

Follow these instructions while taking Carbophage XR 500 Tablet:

• Take this tablet with your evening meal.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
