This is a combination product that includes a 5α-reductase inhibitor and an α1-adrenergic blockers. The dual mechanism works to shrink the size of the prostate over time while simultaneously relaxing the muscles around the bladder and prostate neck. This helps improve overall urinary flow and relieves BPH symptoms such as frequent, difficult, or urgent urination, and a weak urine stream.

Nexiflow D 0.4/0.5 MG Mr Tablet 10 is used to manage the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in adult men with an enlarged prostate gland, working to improve urinary flow, alleviate symptoms of frequent urination, and reduce difficulty in starting urination, weak urine stream, urgency, and nocturia (nighttime urination).

Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Avoid chewing, crushing, or opening the tablet to prevent irritation.
Always take this medicine approximately 30 minutes after the same meal every day.
