Me-12 OD Tablet is used in the following conditions:

• Vitamin B12 deficiency: This tablet is primarily used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency, which can lead to anaemia and neurological disorders.
• Anaemia prevention: This tablet helps prevent and manage certain types of anaemia by supporting red blood cell production.
• Neurological health: This tablet aids in maintaining healthy nerve function and may benefit individuals with neuropathy or neurological disorders.
• Energy boost: This tablet can boost energy levels and reduce the symptoms of fatigue.

• Take the tablet with a glass of water.
• Swallow the tablet as a whole, do not crush or chew it.
• Take the dosage suggested by your doctor. 
• It can be taken with or without food.

Me-12 OD Tablet contains the following components:

• Protect the medicine from heat and light.
• Keep the tablet away from the reach of children.
• Do not use the tablet after the expiry date has passed.

• Stay hydrated and drink fluids like lemon water and fresh fruit juices. As the body is majorly composed of water, maintaining proper hydration is essential for the smooth functioning of various activities of organs.
• Avoid the consumption of junk foods and snack on nuts and berries instead.
• Eat a balanced diet with all necessary vitamins and nutrients.
