It also helps control heart failure, particularly in patients classified as NYHA Class II-IV, where the heart doesn't pump blood efficiently, leading to symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, and limitations in physical activity.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.
