Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Catecholamine-depleting medicines: When combined with Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet, medicines like reserpine that deplete catecholamines, can lead to low blood pressure or a very slow heart rate.
• Calcium channel blockers: Combining a calcium channel blocker like amlodipine with Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet could cause low blood pressure, slow heart rate, or even heart failure.
• Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): Using NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen with Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet might reduce its ability to lower your blood pressure.

As this medicine can cause high potassium levels (hyperkalaemia), you should avoid eating too many potassium-rich foods like bananas and oranges.

Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Heart conditions: If you have a heart condition like cardiogenic shock or sick sinus syndrome, taking Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet could worsen your condition.
• Severe bradycardia: This medicine is not recommended if your heart rate is less than 45 beats per minute, as it can further slow it down.
• Decompensated heart failure: Taking Tellzy-MT 25 Tablet if you have decompensated heart failure could worsen your symptoms.
