CompositionNebi 2.5 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and to manage stable mild to moderate chronic heart failure in people aged 70 years and older, alongside other heart failure medicines. Controlling blood pressure reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
It contains nebivolol, a selective beta-1 blocker. Take it as prescribed, ideally at the same time each day. Do not stop it suddenly, as beta-blockers should be reduced gradually under medical guidance.
Lifestyle changes support blood pressure and heart health alongside this medicine. These include cutting down on salt, eating a balanced diet, staying active within your limits, limiting alcohol, and quitting smoking.
