LUPIN MIRA 50 TABLET 10 is used to manage the symptoms of an overactive bladder in adults, including the frequent and urgent need to urinate and episodes of urinary leakage.

Uses of LUPIN MIRA 50 TABLET 10 are:

• Overactive Bladder: Helps reduce the frequency and urgency of urination.

• Urinary Leakage: Helps reduce involuntary leakage caused by urgency.

• Bladder Capacity: Helps relax the bladder muscle to allow it to hold more urine.

Follow these instructions while taking LUPIN MIRA 50 TABLET 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

LUPIN MIRA 50 TABLET 10 contains mirabegron (50 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Beta-3 adrenergic receptor activation: Mirabegron selectively stimulates beta-3 adrenergic receptors found in the bladder's detrusor muscle, causing the muscle to relax during the storage phase of the urinary cycle.

• Bladder relaxation: By relaxing the bladder muscles, mirabegron increases the bladder's capacity to hold urine, reducing the frequency of involuntary bladder contractions that cause sudden urges to urinate.

• Increased storage capacity: This action helps the bladder store more urine comfortably, decreasing the need for frequent toilet visits and reducing episodes of urgency incontinence.
