Mirago 50 ER Tablet is used to manage symptoms of overactive bladder in adults by relaxing bladder muscles and improving urine storage.

Uses of Mirago 50 ER Tablet are:

• Urinary Urgency Relief: Helps reduce the sudden, strong urge to urinate.
• Frequency Reduction: Controls the need for frequent trips to the bathroom during the day and night.
• Leakage Prevention: Helps prevent accidental urinary leakage associated with bladder urgency.

• Simply swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• While you can take it with or without food, it is advisable to take it at the same time each day for optimal results.

Mirago 50 Tablet is taken orally. 

The Mirago 50 Tablet contains the following components: 

• Mirabegron (50 mg): It is a beta-3 adrenergic agonist that targets specific beta-3 adrenergic receptors in the body. These receptors are found in the muscles of the urinary bladder. When Mirago 50 Tablet is taken, it binds to these receptors, causing a chain reaction within the bladder muscle cells.
• This chain reaction leads to the relaxation of the bladder muscles, permitting the bladder to hold a larger volume of urine without contracting too frequently. As a result, the urgency to urinate and the frequency of bathroom visits are reduced.

The storage instructions for Mirago 50 Tablet are as follows:

• Mirago 50 Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep the medicine away from children and pets.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date. 

• Incorporate fresh fruits such as pears, bananas, and citrus and vegetables like beans and potatoes into your diet.
• Consider adding cranberry juice to help minimise urinary infections.
• Refrain from consuming coffee, tea, and carbonated drinks containing caffeine.
• Avoid processed, fried, or spicy foods that irritate your bladder.
• Limit alcohol to reduce the risk of side effects.
