VesiBeta 50 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing symptoms of an overactive bladder in adults

• Reducing urinary urgency, which is a sudden, compelling need to pass urine

• Decreasing urinary frequency, which means needing to urinate more often than usual

• Controlling urgency urinary incontinence, where there is uncontrolled leakage of urine due to inability to hold it

To use VesiBeta 50 Tablet effectively, follow these instructions:

• Take the tablet orally with a glass of water.

• The tablet should be swallowed whole. Avoid breaking, crushing or chewing it.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Continue taking it as directed by your doctor, even if symptoms improve.

• Don't stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first. It's important that the full treatment course is completed for optimal benefits.

VesiBeta 50 Tablet is taken orally.

VesiBeta 50 Tablet contains Mirabegron (50 mg), which works on your body as follows:

• Stimulates beta-3 adrenoceptors: Mirabegron functions as a selective beta-3 adrenoceptor agonist. These are receptors found in the detrusor muscle of the bladder, which is responsible for bladder contractions.

• Relaxes the bladder detrusor muscle: By stimulating these receptors, Mirabegron helps relax the bladder detrusor muscle. This leads to increased bladder capacity.

• Reduces frequency and intensity of bladder contraction: The relaxation of the bladder detrusor muscle reduces the frequency and intensity of bladder contractions.

• Decreases urgency and incontinence episodes: The overall effect of Mirabegron's action is a decrease in the urgency to urinate and the number of incontinence episodes.

• Store VesiBeta 50 Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
