Elosone Ht Cream is used to treat moderate to severe melasma, a condition that causes dark patches on the face. It helps lighten pigmentation and even out skin tone caused by hormonal changes, sun exposure, or genetic factors. Regular application improves skin appearance by reducing discoloration and restoring a more uniform complexion.

Follow these steps while using Elosone-HT Cream:

• Ensure that your face is clean and dry before application.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected areas once daily in the evening.
• Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
• Avoid contact with eyes, lips, and mucous membranes.
• Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.

Elosone-HT Cream is applied topically.

Elosone-HT Cream contains three active ingredients that work together to alleviate the symptoms of melasma:

• Hydroquinone (2%): This depigmenting agent inhibits an enzyme called tyrosinase in your body which plays a key role in melanin production. Melanin is responsible for the colour of your skin and its overproduction leads to dark spots or patches.
• Tretinoin (0.025%): A retinoid that increases cell turnover and promotes skin exfoliation. It enhances the penetration of hydroquinone and mometasone into the skin, thereby increasing their effectiveness. It may also directly affect melanin production.
• Mometasone (0.1%): As a medium potency topical corticosteroid, mometasone has anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic properties. This means it helps reduce redness, swelling, and itching associated with melasma.

• Store Elosone-HT Cream at a cool room temperature, below 25°C and do not freeze.
• Keep it away from direct light and avoid damp places; the bathroom isn't the best storage spot.
• Always ensure the tube is tightly sealed after use.
• Keep it out of reach and sight of children.

• Since sun exposure can worsen melasma, always wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more and protective clothing when stepping outside during the day.
• A diet rich in antioxidants can help combat skin damage; include foods like berries, nuts, spinach, sweet potatoes, and green tea in your meals.
