Corbis AM-5 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and treat chronic stable angina, a condition causing chest pain due to restricted blood flow to the heart. It is also effective in managing vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal's angina), a type of chest pain caused by artery spasms.

To ensure safe and effective use of Corbis AM-5 Tablet, follow these steps:

• Try to take it at the same time each day for the best results.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Corbis AM-5 Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This component works by inhibiting the transmembrane influx of calcium ions into your vascular smooth muscles and cardiac muscles. By doing this, it causes the widening of your blood vessels which reduces peripheral vascular resistance and lowers your blood pressure.

• Bisoprolol (5 mg): As a beta-1 selective (cardioselective) adrenoceptor blocking agent, bisoprolol functions by blocking certain natural chemicals like epinephrine on your heart and blood vessels. This action reduces heart rate, and blood pressure, and lessens strain on your heart.

• Keep Corbis AM-5 Tablet in a cool, dry place where the temperature stays below 30°C.
