Stamlo Bis 5 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Stamlo Bis 5 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take the tablet on an empty stomach for best results.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Stamlo Bis 5 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to lower your blood pressure:

• Bisoprolol (5 mg): This is a beta-blocker that works by slowing down your heart rate. It blocks the effect of certain natural substances in your body that can cause blood vessels to constrict, helping your heart beat more slowly and with less force.

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This calcium channel blocker relaxes your blood vessels. It prevents calcium from entering the cells of your heart and blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them and reducing the workload on your heart.

• Store Stamlo Bis 5 Tablet 10 at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

• Store in the original container with the lid tightly closed.

• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Reduce salt intake in your diet, as high sodium consumption can raise blood pressure (hypertension) and decrease the effectiveness of Stamlo Bis 5 Tablet 10.

• Engage in regular moderate aerobic exercise, like brisk walking for 30 minutes most days. This helps lower blood pressure naturally and complements your medicine's action.
