Headache
Dizziness
Fatigue: This refers to a state of feeling very tired or weak.
Oedema: This is swelling in ankles, feet, hands due to fluid accumulation.
Slow heartbeat
Nausea
Diarrhoea
Flushing: This means becoming red and warm suddenly.
Stomach pain
Insomnia: It is a sleep disorder where you may have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.

Management Of Side Effects:

Diarrhoea: Try taking Bisonext AM 5 Tablet with food to lessen this effect.
Stomach pain: If you have stomach pain after taking this medicine, consider taking it after meals.

Bisonext AM 5 Tablet consists of the following two components:

Amlodipine (5 mg): As a calcium channel blocker, Amlodipine works by relaxing your blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood. This action reduces the resistance in your peripheral vascular system and lowers your blood pressure.
Bisoprolol (5 mg): This is a beta-1 selective adrenoceptor blocking agent. Its job is to block certain natural chemicals like epinephrine from affecting your heart and blood vessels. This results in a reduced heart rate and blood pressure, lessening the strain on your heart.

Pregnancy

Bisonext AM 5 Tablet may cause harm to the unborn baby. It's recommended to consult your doctor before taking this medicine during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding

Alcohol
