• Acute Coronary Syndrome: Clopilet A 75 capsule is also used to treat acute coronary syndrome (ACS). During ACS, there is reduced blood flow to the heart muscle due to blockage or narrowing of the blood vessels supplying the heart. This capsule helps prevent further blood clot formation, reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke, and supports recovery.

• Swallow Clopilet A 75 capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the capsule, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Do not change your capsule dose or take them more often than prescribed.

• Clopilet A 75 capsule should be administered orally.

The activity of aspirin and clopidogrel in Clopilet A 75 capsule is as follows:

• Aspirin: Aspirin is a medication that reduces the stickiness of platelets, which are small blood cells involved in clotting.
