• Lowering the chances of death and nonfatal stroke in patients who have experienced an ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack.
• Decreasing the combined risk of death and nonfatal heart attack in patients who have had a previous heart attack or unstable chest pain.
• Reducing the risk of heart attack and sudden death in patients with chronic stable chest pain.
• Preventing blood clot-related complications in patients who have undergone heart-related procedures like coronary artery bypass graft or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.

• Swallow the capsule whole with water.
• It is crucial not to crush or chew the capsule.
