Castramid Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Managing advanced prostate cancer in adult men
• Reducing the effects of androgens like testosterone, which can stimulate the growth of prostate cancer cells.
• Works in combination with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists to manage advanced prostate cancer more effectively.

Follow these instructions while taking Castramid Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, divide, or crush the tablet.
• Take it at the same time each day, either in the morning or evening.
• Ensure that you take this medicine regularly as prescribed by your doctor, even if you are feeling well.
• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Castramid Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Castramid Tablet 10 contains bicalutamide (50 mg), which has the following effects on the body:
