Glimepiride (4 Mg) + Metformin (1000 Mg)

Azulix 4 MF Forte Tablet 10 is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when diet, exercise and a single medicine do not control blood sugar well enough. It is a combination medicine containing glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, and metformin, a biguanide.

Together, these medicines help control blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of complications from poorly controlled diabetes, such as kidney, eye and nerve problems.

Eating balanced meals at regular times, staying physically active, keeping to a healthy weight and limiting sugary foods and drinks support blood sugar control alongside this medicine.
