Glimepiride (4 Mg) + Metformin (1000 Mg)

Diapride M4 Forte Tablet 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes. It is a combination antidiabetic medicine containing glimepiride and metformin.
This medicine improves insulin action and lowers elevated blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It also protects against long-term diabetic damage to the kidneys, eyes, nerves, and cardiovascular system.
Regular meals, a balanced diet and physical activity can support blood sugar control alongside this medicine.
