About Blisto 4Mf Tablet 15

Blisto 4mf Tablet 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when diet, exercise and treatment with a single medicine do not provide sufficient blood sugar control. It helps reduce the risk of complications such as kidney damage, vision loss and nerve problems.

It combines glimepiride, which stimulates insulin release, and metformin, which reduces glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity. Take the tablet as prescribed, with food. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as stopping suddenly can cause your blood sugar to rise.

Following a controlled-carbohydrate diet, regular exercise and consistent meal timing help reduce the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia) with this medicine.

Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, before starting.
