Geminor M4 Forte Tablet 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes. It is a combination antidiabetic medicine containing glimepiride and metformin.

This medicine improves blood glucose control and enhances insulin responsiveness in adult patients in people with type 2 diabetes.
