Apigat 2.5 Tablet is used in adults to treat and prevent dangerous blood clots in blood vessels and reduce stroke risk.

Uses of Apigat 2.5 Tablet are:

• Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation: Reduces the risk of stroke and systemic blood clots in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
• Post-Surgical Clot Prevention: Prevents deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism after hip or knee replacement surgery.
• DVT and PE Treatment: Treats deep vein thrombosis in the legs and pulmonary embolism in the lungs and prevents their return.

Administer Apigat 2.5 Tablet as follows:

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
• Do not break, chew, or crush the tablet.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on when to take the medicine.
• Never self-adjust the dosage without consulting your doctor first.

Apigat 2.5 Tablet is taken orally.
