Amrolstar Cream is used for the following:

• Managing Tinea pedis, commonly known as athlete's foot

• Controlling Tinea cruris, or jock itch

• Helping with Tinea corporis, also known as ringworm

• Managing cutaneous candidiasis, a skin infection caused by yeast Candida

• Controlling Pityriasis versicolor, a type of yeast infection that causes patches on the skin.

To use Amrolstar Cream effectively, follow these steps:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream.

• Using your fingertips, apply the cream to cover the infected area and its surroundings.

• Gently rub in until the cream disappears.

• Wash your hands thoroughly after application to prevent spreading the infection.

• For precise instructions regarding quantity and duration of use, consult your doctor.

Amrolstar Cream is applied topically.

Amrolstar Cream contains amorolfine (0.25 %) which works on your body in the following ways:

• Inhibits Enzymes: Amorolfine inhibits two key enzymes involved in ergosterol biosynthesis - delta14-reductase and delta7-delta8-isomerase. These enzymes play a significant role in the production of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes.

• Alters Fungal Cell Membrane: By inhibiting these enzymes and consequently depleting ergosterol, amorolfine alters the structure and function of the fungal cell membrane.

• Increases Cell Permeability: The alteration caused by amorolfine increases cell permeability which leads to leakage of cellular contents and ultimately inhibits fungal growth.

• Keep Amrolstar Cream in a cool place, ideally below 25°C.

• Keep the cream tube tightly closed when not in use to prevent air exposure.

• Avoid exposing the cream to direct sunlight or moisture.
