Alfusin D Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Alfusin D Tablet is taken orally.

Alfusin D Tablet contain two active ingredients:

• Alfuzosin (10 mg): This ingredient works as an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist. It blocks these receptors in the smooth muscles of your prostate gland and bladder neck. As a result of blocking these receptors, the muscles relax, making it easier for you to urinate.

• Dutasteride (0.5 mg): This component belongs to a class of medicines known as 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. It inhibits an enzyme called 5-alpha-reductase, which converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). By reducing the production of DHT, dutasteride helps shrink the prostate gland over time. This leads to improved urine flow and reduced BPH symptoms.

• Store Alfusin D Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C.

• Keep it in a tightly closed container to protect it from light and moisture.

• Ensure the medicine is kept out of reach of children.
