Nefrosave Tablet is used to support kidney health, particularly in chronic kidney disease and diabetic kidney damage. It contains acetylcysteine and taurine, which help reduce oxidative stress and protect kidney cells, slowing the progression of kidney disease and supporting overall function.

• Swallow this medicine whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the Nefrosave Tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take this Tablet at the same time each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your Nefrosave Tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.
