Nefrosave Tablet is used to support kidney health and treat various kidney conditions, particularly chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diabetic nephropathy. It combines acetylcysteine and taurine to reduce oxidative stress, protect kidney cells, and help prevent further damage, reducing the risk of kidney failure.

• Swallow this medicine whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the Nefrosave Tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take this Tablet at the same time each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your Nefrosave Tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.
