Zoreso D Capsule 10

The Zoreso D Capsule 10 may interact with the following drugs, including:

• Anticoagulant medications such as clopidogrel and warfarin. The use of Zoreso D Capsule 10 can impair the effectiveness of these medications.
• Immunosuppressant medications such as methotrexate and tacrolimus. The concomitant use can increase the blood concentration of these medications.
• Antifungal medications such as ketoconazole and voriconazole. The absorption of these medications decreases on concomitant use.
• Antibiotics such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, rifampin, and telithromycin. These medications can increase the blood concentrations of Zoreso D Capsule 10.
• Antiarrhythmics such as amiodarone, dronedarone, and quinidine. This capsule may increase the risk of serious cardiac arrhythmias when used concomitantly with these medications.
• Psychosis medications such as haloperidol, pimozide, and sertindole. Combining this capsule with certain psychosis medications may lead to an increased risk of adverse effects on the heart, including heart rhythm disorder. 
• Antidepressants such as citalopram and escitalopram. Co-administration of this capsule with some antidepressants, particularly those that also affect the heart rhythm, may pose an increased risk of cardiac arrhythmias. 
• Gastrointestinal medications such as cisapride, dolasetron, and prucalopride. Concurrent use of this capsule with certain gastrointestinal medications may increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmias.
• Anti-allergic medications such as mequitazine and mizolastine. Combining this capsule with certain anti-allergic medications may increase the risk of heart rhythm disorder and associated cardiac effects.

Zoreso D Capsule 10 can interact with conditions/diseases, including:

• Severe liver impairment: This capsule can rarely lead to severe liver problems, leading to liver failure and inflammation of the brain. It can aggravate your existing condition.
• Bone fractures: The long-term use of this capsule may increase the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures of the hip, wrist, or spine.
• Vitamin B12 deficiency: The prolonged use of this capsule can increase the risk of Vitamin B12 deficiency.
• Hypomagnesemia (low magnesium levels in the blood): The long-term use of this capsule may increase the risk of hypomagnesemia.
• Heart diseases: This capsule should be cautiously used in patients with underlying heart diseases such as congestive heart failure (CHF) due to an increased risk of abnormal heartbeat.

The daily dose of Zoreso D Capsule 10 should be taken as your doctor prescribes. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as age, severity of the condition, and response to treatment. 

In case of an accidental overdose of Zoreso D Capsule 10, seek immediate medical attention by contacting your doctor or visiting the nearest hospital in case you experience signs of an overdose may include confusion, drowsiness, blurred vision, tachycardia, nausea, diaphoresis, flushing, headache, dry mouth, agitation, altered consciousness, convulsions, disorientation, and tiredness.

If you miss a dose of Zoreso D Capsule 10, take it as soon as you remember. However, avoid repeating the dose.
