Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Temsan-H Tablet is primarily used to manage hypertension, also known as high blood pressure. It's a combination medicine and belongs to the class of antihypertensive medicines.

In addition to managing hypertension, this medication may also be used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in patients who are 55 years or older and at high risk for such events.

Temsan-H Tablet is used for managing the following health conditions:

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension
Maintaining control over blood pressure when a single medication is not sufficient
Lowering the risk of cardiovascular events in adults aged 55 years and older who are at high risk for such health issues

Here are the steps to follow while taking Temsan-H Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.
You can take the tablet with or without food, as per your preference.
Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet before swallowing.
Always follow your doctor's instructions regarding the use of this medicine.
Never alter your dose without consulting your doctor first.

Temsan-H Tablet is taken orally.
