Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 Mg) + Telmisartan (40 Mg)

Temsan H Tablet 15 is used to manage high blood pressure. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine containing hydrochlorothiazide and telmisartan.

Uses of Temsan H Tablet 15 are:

High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control blood pressure.

Here are the steps to follow while taking Temsan-H Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.
You can take the tablet with or without food, as per your preference.
Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet before swallowing.
