Heart failure, where it aids in lowering the chances of hospitalisations due to heart failure complications
Migraine headaches, where it can help in preventing these painful episodes

To use Metpure-XL 12.5 Tablet, please follow these instructions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Don't crush or chew the tablet, as it's meant to be taken as is.
Take this medicine at the same time each day to ensure consistent medication levels in your body.
Never stop taking this medicine abruptly without consulting your doctor first. An abrupt halt could potentially worsen your condition.

Metpure-XL 12.5 Tablet may have the following common side effects:
