Managing high blood pressure or hypertension
Reducing the risk of heart attacks associated with high blood pressure
Lowering the chances of strokes due to raised blood pressure
Helping when one medicine alone isn't sufficient to control blood pressure

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
