Besvil 200 Octacap contains two active ingredients:

• Fluticasone Furoate (200 mcg): As a synthetic corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory activity, it binds to glucocorticoid receptors in your body. This action leads to a reduction in the release of substances that cause inflammation and an increase in substances that counter inflammation. As a result, it reduces inflammation in your airways.

• Vilanterol (25 mcg): Classified as a long-acting beta2 adrenergic agonist (LABA), vilanterol stimulates an enzyme inside cells called adenylyl cyclase. This action increases cyclic3',5'adenosine monophosphate (AMP) levels inside cells. The increased AMP levels relax the muscles around your airways and inhibit the release of substances from cells that cause immediate hypersensitivity reactions. This dual action makes breathing easier by keeping your airways open.
