Vabcard-5 Tablet is used to manage stable angina in adults who cannot take beta-blockers, and to help manage chronic heart failure in adults with a raised heart rate, by slowing the heart rate to reduce its workload.

Uses of Vabcard-5 Tablet are:

• Stable Angina: Helps manage chest pain in adults who cannot take beta-blockers.
• Heart Failure: Helps manage chronic heart failure by reducing heart rate.
• Heart Rate Control: Slows the heart rate to reduce the workload on the heart.

• When you take Vabcard-5 Tablet, swallow it whole.
• Don't try to crush or break it.
• You can take this tablet with or without food. To get the best results, try to take the tablet at the same time every day. This helps keep things consistent.

Vabcard-5 Tablet is taken orally. 

Vabcard-5 Tablet contains the following component:

• Ivabradine (5 mg): It is a hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated channel blocker that helps control your heart rate. Your heart has a natural pacemaker called the SA node. Ivabradine sends signals to make your heart beat regularly. It works by slowing down these signals. Slowing down these signals is helpful because it can lower your heart rate. This is important if your heart beats too fast, especially when it's not supposed to.

The storage instructions for Vabcard-5 Tablet are as follows:

• Vabcard-5 Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
