CompositionTritelsar 40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure in adults when two medicines are not enough, combining three medicines to bring blood pressure down and lower the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney damage.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, and chlorthalidone, a diuretic. Together they relax the blood vessels and remove excess fluid.
Take it at the same time each day, and continue it even when you feel well.
Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems, gout or diabetes before use. Your doctor may check your body salts and kidney function. Report marked dizziness, fainting or ankle swelling.
