Hythale-T Am 6.25/40/5 Tablet can interact with the following medications: 

• Antihypertensive medications like Aliskiren: Concurrent use of this tablet is not recommended in diabetes patients taking aliskiren.
• Potassium-sparing diuretics or potassium supplements like Spironolactone: Combining this tablet with potassium-sparing diuretics or potassium supplements can lead to hyperkalemia (high levels of potassium in the blood), which can be harmful. 
• Antidepressants such as Lithium: The use of lithium, often prescribed for bipolar disorder, with this medicine, can increase lithium levels in the blood. 
• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen: It can reduce the blood pressure-lowering effects of Hythale-T Am 6.25/40/5 Tablet. They can also increase the risk of kidney dysfunction. 
• Immunosuppressants such as cyclosporine and tacrolimus: This tablet may increase the blood concentration of cyclosporine or tacrolimus.
• CYP3A4 inhibitors and inducers like Erythromycin: Amlodipine, one of the components, is metabolised by the CYP3A4 enzyme system. Medications that inhibit or induce CYP3A4 can affect the blood levels of amlodipine.

• Heart conditions: Patients with certain heart conditions, such as severe congestive heart failure, may need careful monitoring when using this medication, as it can influence fluid balance and electrolyte levels.
• Diabetes: It can affect blood sugar levels. In individuals with diabetes, it may necessitate adjustments in diabetes medication dosages to maintain adequate blood sugar control.
• Gout: This medication may lead to increased uric acid levels in the blood, potentially worsening gout symptoms in patients with a history of gout.
• Hypotension: It can cause low blood pressure (hypotension). Patients with a history of hypotension should be monitored closely while taking this medication. 

Take the recommended daily dose of this tablet as directed by your doctor. The dosage may change depending on individual factors, such as the severity of the condition and response to the treatment. 

Overdose of this tablet can result in irregular heart rhythms and low blood pressure. You may encounter symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, and fast or slow heartbeat. If you believe you have taken an excessive amount of this medication, it is crucial to seek urgent medical help.

If you forgot to take this tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is near, it's advised to skip the previous dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
