Tormoxin Clav 625 Tablet is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections in adults. It effectively treats infections of the chest, lungs, ears, sinuses, urinary tract, skin, soft tissues, and bones or joints.
It contains amoxicillin, a penicillin antibiotic, and clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Take it with food as prescribed to reduce stomach discomfort. It is important to complete the entire prescribed course even if you start feeling better, to ensure the infection is fully cured and prevent antibiotic resistance.
Supporting your body during treatment helps aid recovery. Ensure adequate rest, maintain good fluid intake, and practice proper hygiene to prevent the spread of bacterial infections.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have an allergy to penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics, or a history of liver problems or kidney disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you develop a severe skin rash, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or severe loose motions (diarrhoea).
