Reducing salt in your diet, maintaining a healthy weight, and exercising regularly are important parts of managing high blood pressure alongside this medicine. Limit alcohol and avoid smoking as advised.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart problems, high blood potassium levels, or are taking other medicines. This medicine is not suitable during pregnancy. Your doctor may check your kidney function and blood potassium levels while you are on this medicine.
