Rozucor ASP-20 Capsule is used to manage high cholesterol and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It combines Rosuvastatin, a statin that lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides, and Aspirin, which helps prevent blood clots. This combination helps improve heart health and prevent heart attacks, strokes, and other heart-related complications.

Follow these instructions while taking Rozucor ASP-20 Capsule:

Rozucor ASP-20 Capsule consists of two active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) acts as a blood thinner in low doses like those present in this medicine. It works by preventing the clumping together of platelets, which are tiny blood cells that help wounds heal and prevent bleeding by forming clots. This action reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes caused by blocked blood vessels.

• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): A synthetic lipid-lowering agent, rosuvastatin belongs to the class of medicines known as statins. It operates by blocking an enzyme in your liver called HMG-CoA reductase, which is responsible for making cholesterol. By doing so, it lowers levels of 'bad' cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein or LDL) and can also increase levels of 'good' cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein or HDL).
