Thyronorm 37.5 mcg Tablet is used to manage hypothyroidism, a condition where the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones. This medicine belongs to the class of thyroxine hormone replacements. In addition to managing hypothyroidism, this tablet is also used in conjunction with surgery and radioiodine therapy for managing thyrotropin-dependent well-differentiated thyroid cancer. It is not recommended for weight loss or obesity treatments, or during the recovery phase of subacute thyroiditis.
