Take it as directed by your doctor, generally on an empty stomach, and continue it long term to keep your thyroid levels balanced.
Take this medicine at the same time each day, ideally in the morning before breakfast, and avoid taking it too close to calcium, iron supplements or antacids, as these can reduce how well it is absorbed.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor about any pre-existing conditions or ongoing medicines. Tell your doctor if you notice chest pain, an irregular heartbeat, or changes in your menstrual cycle, as these may mean your dose needs to be reviewed.
