CompositionTelmiduce AM Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines Telmisartan (an ARB) and Amlodipine (a CCB). This dual action works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow, which significantly reduces the strain on the heart and the risk of heart-related complications. It is also used to prevent potential cardiovascular issues in high-risk patients above the age of 55.
